Steps for those pursuing Ministerial Advance Credentials with FMD
1. Login to your FMD Profile
2. Complete Pre-Credential Application
3. Get approval from your Pastor & Sectional Presbyter
4. Request Transcripts
4. Complete Upgrade Application
6. Background Check
7. Request Ministerial and Professional References
8. Take your Exam
9. Interview with our Executive Leadership
Applicant Requirements
Below are the minimum qualifications for ministerial credentials with Florida Multicultural District
License-Level Requierements

- For License one must have clear evidence of a divine call, character and preparation suitable for that calling, practical ministry experience, and an evident purpose to devote one’s life in service to the proclamation of the gospel.
- If your marital status as changed since your previous application, please notify our office before applying for an upgrade.
- If you have a filed for bankruptcy since your previous application, please notify our office before applying for an upgrade.
- Be present on the assigned day for your interview and exam.
- Be present at the Training Seminar for New Applicants and Applicants for Ministerial Advance.
Ordination-Level Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 23 years of age.
- Applicants should be a resident of the ordaining district for at least 1 year.
- Applicant must hold a ministry license for 2 years.
- If your marital status as changed since your previous application, please notify our office before applying for an upgrade.
- If you have a filed for bankruptcy since your previous application, please notify our office before applying for an upgrade.
