Dr. Juan Valdés, together with his wife Daisy Valdés, both ministers of the Assemblies of God, pastor a church in the city of Miami. Dr. Valdés has worked diligently in the field of education, particularly with youth, for the past 30 years, specializing in philosophy, apologetics, and theology.
Dr. Valdés has pursued postgraduate studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, holds Master’s degrees from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Logos Graduate School, and a Doctorate in Apologetics from Southern Evangelical Seminary. He is the author and editor of several publications. His most recent books include 100 Questions About God, co-written with Dr. Antonio Cruz, and How to Think: An Introduction to Critical Thinking. Dr. Valdés has devoted most of his academic career to the field of apologetics. Additionally, he teaches Theology, Bible Studies, Philosophy, and Apologetics at the university level in both English and Spanish.
Dr. Juan Valdés is a renowned international speaker, regularly participating in seminars, conventions, pastors’ conferences, youth events, camps, apologetics conferences, and local church events. He is currently one of the directors of the Society of Latino Apologetics and a speaker with the ministry Reasons for Hope.

The Reverend Emilio A. Reyes serves as Vice President for Latin America at OneHope. Located in Pompano Beach, the mission of One Hope is to affect destiny by providing God’s eternal Word to all the children and youth of the world. Dr. Reyes has over forty years of executive and pastoral experience.
Before joining OneHope, Emilio worked as a consultant to companies and organizations interested in reaching the more than 500 million Spanish-speaking people of the world. He served at American Bible Society (ABS) for twenty years. During his tenure at ABS, Emilio helped increase the organization’s reach and influence throughout Latin America, The Caribbean, Spain, and particularly Spanish-speaking communities in the USA. He developed several programs to encourage people to engage with the Holy Scriptures. He provided support for local pastors and leaders through the Ministers Actualization Seminars, a program he launched and for which he served as speaker. He has ample knowledge in publishing, sales, marketing, and advertising, having worked for two advertising agencies in New York City, as well as Editorial Vida in Miami, Florida. Mr. Reyes is an entrepreneur. He founded two churches, launched one publishing house and two music labels. He has also served his denomination in various capacities, including Youth Director, Presbyter and General Presbyter of the Florida Multicultural District Council of the Assemblies of God. Mr. Reyes has traveled extensively through North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Europe, leading business development, and dictating conferences on Christian education and leadership.
Pastor Emilio is a musician, composer, and author. Four of his songs have been recorded by prominent Christian singers. He has written four books, the most recent being “Child of Love” and the Spanish version, “Hijo de Amor”, where he tells his life’s story. He has served in various boards, including Spanish Evangelical Publishers Association (SEPA), Esperanza USA, National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC) and the Publishing Committee of the United Bible Societies Americas Region, among others. He is the president-founder of Fundación Yabonico, which is dedicated to advancing the holistic development of children and youth in the Dominican Republic. He holds a Bachelor of Theology (Th B) degree from the Latin American Theological Seminary, and two honorary doctorates, one in Divinity from the Latin University of Theology and another in Humane Letters from the Christian University of Human Development.
He is an ordained minister with of the Assemblies of God and a certified coach, teacher, trainer, and speaker with the John C. Maxwell Team. Mr. Reyes and his wife Lillian have two children and four grandchildren. He considers his responsibility with OneHope and Fundación Yabonico as a divine challenge by having the opportunity of using various mass communication tools to reach children and youth with the infallible and eternal counsel of the Word of God. Quoting 1 Timothy 1:12, Rev. Reyes says: “I thank him who has given me strength for this, Christ Jesus our Lord, because he judged me faithful by appointing me to his service.”

Dr. Esther Sanchez Colon is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, serving faithfully in ministry since becoming a credentialed minister in 2015 and receiving her ordination in 2019. She is the associate pastor at New Birth Church in Kissimmee, Florida, where she is dedicated to shepherding and empowering others in their spiritual journey.
In 2024, Dr. Sanchez Colon was appointed as the Network of Women Ministers Coordinator for the Florida Multicultural District, a role that allows her to champion and support women in ministry, equipping them to thrive in their calling and leadership.
With over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse in emergency services and management, she brings a unique perspective to ministry, blending compassionate care with a deep commitment to holistic health.
Dr. Sanchez Colon earned her Doctor of Ministry degree from Evangel University and shares her love of teaching as an adjunct professor at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. She also inspires future leaders through her work at FMD’s School of Ministry and Calvario School of Leadership.
Her greatest passion is developing leaders who embrace their calling to ministry while thriving in every aspect of their lives—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Jahaziel Galarza has been faithfully serving in ministry for over 19 years, dedicating his life to youth and young adults. Since 2022, he has led Esperanza City Church in Lakeland, Florida, as its senior pastor. In 2024, he was appointed District Youth Director for the Florida Multicultural District, further expanding his reach and impact.
With a heart for building healthy families and empowering young people to embrace their God-given purpose, Jahaziel passionately believes this generation is yearning for authentic discipleship and meaningful connections. His vision is to bridge the gap by providing resources and building relationships that equip and inspire this generation to thrive in their faith and calling.

Glorie Rodriguez is a dedicated Assemblies of God Minister with a deep passion for child development, discipleship, and the vital role of both the church and family in guiding children to become lifelong followers of Jesus, empowered by the Holy Spirit. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling & Executive Leadership, along with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Christian Counseling. With 18 years of experience in social services and 22 years in child development and crisis intervention, Glorie has a strong background in supporting families. For over 10 years, she has served as the Children’s Ministry Director for the Spanish Eastern District and as a featured speaker at seminars, training sessions, and church events. Glorie is known for her creative and inspiring communication, engaging both children and adult audiences. She currently serves as the Hope Kids Pastor at Esperanza City Church, as well as the Assistant Director for Student Success & Retention at Southeastern University in Florida, and as the new FMD Kidmin Coordinator.

Agustín Quiles is a prominent advocate for community transformation and justice work among Latino Christians in Florida. Born in Puerto Rico, he moved to New York City during his grade school years, where he was raised in a Christian home by a single mother alongside his four siblings.
In 2016, Quiles founded Mission Talk, an organization dedicated to educating and mobilizing Latino evangelicals to address the root causes of community problems, such as, poverty, education, incarceration and immigration. Under his leadership, Mission Talk has grown significantly, training over 300 lay leaders through online education and dozens more through his educational pilgrimages.
Quiles is a board member of FRACEEV(Florida Fellowship of Hispanic Evangelical Councils) and has been instrumental in is nonpartisan approach to organizing churches, which has resulted in the restoration of voting rights for individuals with felony convictions and amending recent immigration laws intending to incarcerate immigrants and those who assist them with housing or transportation. He has mobilized hundreds of pastors and church leaders to the Florida State Capitol to educate elected officials on stringent policies impacting communities and has been welcome by legislators from both political parties.
In recognition of his efforts, Quiles received the Dr. Emmanuel McCall Racial Justice Trailblazer Award at the 2023 Cooperative Baptist Fellowship General Assembly in Atlanta.
Through his recently launched Leadership Development for Community Transformation program, Quiles continues to empower Latino Christians to engage in community transformation initiatives, fostering unity and collective action to see communities thrive and flourish.
