Nehemias Santiago travels the nations as conference speaker, counselor, and in the area of evangelism. He has worked with WorldMissions on several trips including Dominican Republic, Peru, South Africa, and earlier this year he traveled to Cuba. He holds a Masters in Divinities in Pastoral Counseling and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministries. The sole purpose of Nehemias’ ministry is to glorifiy God, heal the sick, restore the lost, unite families, and ignite passion for kingdom work.

El Dr. Carlos A. Vélez nació en San Juan de Puerto Rico. Ha recorrido sobre cuatro millones de kilómetros (tres millones de millas) alrededor del mundo enseñando sobre liderazgo, finanzas y desarrollo organizacional. El Dr. Vélez es el presidente de OIKOS USA teniendo la oportunidad de facultar a individuos y organizaciones a vivir vidas “con integridad y excelencia”.
Carlos posee una licenciatura de la Universidad de Puerto Rico y estudios posgraduados del Alliance Theological Seminary de Nueva York. Graduado en el
2004 del Instituto Haggai de Liderazgo en Singapur. Además, obtuvo otro postgrado en Liderazgo Organizacional con concentración en Consultoría de Desarrollo Organizacional en Regent University en Virginia y un doctorado en Liderazgo e Innovación.
Actualmente, el Dr. Vélez mantiene una red de mentoría de líderes en Estados Unidos, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Cuba, Honduras, Paraguay, República Dominicana y Puerto Rico, entre otros países.
El Dr. Velez es coach ejecutivo a empresarios y líderes con cinco certificaciones acreditándole para esta tarea. Es autor de tres libros: “Termina bien aun cuando hayas comenzado mal” (2018), “Qué hacer cuando no sabemos
qué hacer” (2020) y su más reciente publicación, “Qué hacer cuando el dinero no me da” (2023).
Carlos ha estado casado con Rosse por más de 30 años y tienen dos hijas. Ellos invierten sus vidas en añadir valor a otros y ayudar en el desarrollo de organizaciones efectivas. En julio 2025 alcanzaron la visión de influenciar a un millón de lideres alrededor del mundo y ahora persiguen certificar a un millón de líderes para que entrenen a cien millones de líderes para el año 2045.

Manny Rosario is the Vice President of Multicultural Engagement at Convoy of Hope, a faith-based, nonprofit organization that leads humanitarian initiatives across the U.S. and around the world.
Through Convoy of Hope, families receive supplies and resources through community outreaches, international children’s feeding programs, job training for women, agriculture initiatives, and disaster relief.
Manny has an incredible love for humanity, the broken, and the lost. He has a passion to see local church members reach their neighbors — and eventually, the nations. He and his wife served as pastors for 18 years in central Florida.
In those 18 years, Manny led and planted a church. He later served as executive pastor of a large church and carried out a revitalization, leading outreach efforts that helped the church become a leader in central Florida, having both community and missional impact in local and global settings. He is a seasoned communicator and a voice to the hurting.
Manny is married to his high school sweetheart, Mimi, and they have two sons, MJ and Alex.
